City authorities are asking for help in identifying a woman who was found dead in the parking lot of the Presidio Inn on Lombard Street early Friday morning, July 16. While the cause of death is still under investigation, SFPD Sgt. Troy Dangerfield stated that the death is not currently considered suspicious.

Investigators describe the woman as white, about 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 129 pounds, with brown eyes and wavy, graying brown hair. She had no identification but was dressed in several shirts topped by a blue sweatshirt, green cargo pants, a pink baseball cap with a Roadside Lumber & Hardware, Inc. logo, and black Teva sandals.
