The Town School for Boys, a nonprofit, nonsectarian private K-8 school in Pacific Heights, unveiled its newly built school with its additional 18,000 square feet (a 30 percent increase). The project includes a new 21,000-square-foot STEM (science technology engineering and math) center, a new fine arts studio, a literary arts center with a library, and space for a performing arts center and multipurpose room.
The development of the new space is part of an effort to provide state-of-the-art facilities for the 21st century, according to the school. Details, including future plans for the property, are available at townschool.com.
